"My son started in the Little Ninja's program when he was 3. After 2 years he absolutely loves it and has just graduated to belt training. I have been impressed with how well structured the classes are and am very impressed at how well the instructors work with the children. I have watched my son and other children improve their focus and discipline as well as their defense and athletic skills. I highly recommend this martial arts school for any child."

"I have been a student at Cape Fear Martial Arts for over 10 years. I began my love of martial arts as a kid watching the Ninja Turtles and the Karate Kid. Having always been interested, I finally gave it a shot while in college as a way to stay active and start a new hobby. That hobby has since turned into a passion. From the first class, I was treated with respect in a fun and nurturing environment. The instructors are amazing and the facilities are top notch. Classes are at times that suit my needs, and are always fun. It really is amazing how much I have learned and what I am capable of now. I have more confidence in myself and much better balance.
